Specific duties include:

coordinating clients, trade partners, engineers, architects, and employees for building projects; planning and scheduling all the technical tasks to ensure accuracy, proper resources, and quality for the lifecycle of the project; collaborating with the Project Managers in purchasing activities, including scoping and take-offs; preparing and forwarding submittals and confirming submittals comply with plans/specifications; supporting the development and updating of the project schedule and subcontractor detail schedules; monitoring and expediting material deliveries, ensuring all deliveries conform with the project schedule; reviewing change proposals from trade partners and negotiating as appropriate; facilitating with the Project Manager and Superintendent in the coordination of drawings; drafting change orders; soliciting prices from subcontractors and suppliers; performing scope take-off and estimating costs; assisting with closing out projects, including assembling manuals and other warranties for turnover to owner and preparing final payment documents for subcontractors; owning document management applications. May be expected to work at different locations throughout the U.S. Clark Construction Group-CA, LP Is a Private Sector employer with 8 locations
