Employee-owned company (ESOP) Strong career growth and advancement opportunities Team-oriented culture built on integrity and respect Company events, BBQs, team activities, and celebrations throughout the year Competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and excellent benefits A company where many employees spend their entire careers because they enjoy the people, the work, and the culture What You'll Do As a Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects by: Assisting Project Managers in the day-to-day management of one or multiple construction projects Visit jobsites multiple times a week Review drawings and specifications, and validate sub related RFIs Managing RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation Support project closeout Coordinating LEED, CalGreen, and SWPPP requirements Maintaining project logs and tracking schedules Working closely with project teams to solve challenges and keep projects moving forward Other duties and special projects as required What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Internship experience preferred 1-2 years previous experience with a general contractor or subcontractor Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Positive attitude and collaborative mindset Passion for construction and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry Ability to travel to project sites throughout Southern California and our headquarters in Los Alamitos Valid Driver License and a good driving record
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
