In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate various phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in project management, construction estimating, and scheduling will drive project success from inception to completion in the various phases of fuel stations. We are looking for someone with project management experience as well as AUTOCAD and permitting experience for construction. We specialize in the installation, removal, testing and compliance of Above ground and Underground Storage Tanks. Duties Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using Outlook and other construction management software Create blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications. The use of AUTOCAD is required for permit packages. Generating blueprints for the scope of work as well as facility site maps. Monitor project progress through regular site visits and coordinate activities to maintain schedule adherence Speak with city engineers and reviewers to ensure generated plans are approved. Conduct site design review and ensure construction aligns with engineering drawings and schematics Prepare and update project schedules, track milestones, and manage resource allocation effectively Conduct project coordination meetings to facilitate communication among stakeholders and resolve potential issues promptly Requirements Experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field Proven experience in construction site management or as a Project Engineer in heavy civil or commercial projects Excellent blueprint reading skills along with a solid understanding of schematics and technical drawings Familiarity with contracts, construction estimating, project scheduling, and project management principles Ability to manage multiple priorities through effective time management and organizational skills Hands-on experience working on construction sites with a thorough understanding of safety protocols and site operations Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Professional Engineering License. ICC Certified for Service Technician, Installer, Vapor Recovery or Designated Operator Experience with storage tanks, excavation, and general construction.
