This is an opportunity to work on a wide variety of structural projects throughout California and across the country, including telecommunications towers, rooftop installations, equipment platforms, steel structures, concrete structures, masonry walls, and wood-framed buildings. You'll have direct involvement in projects from initial site assessment through final construction documents and client coordination. • Perform structural analysis and design of telecommunications towers, rooftop installations, equipment platforms, and supporting structures.
• Design and evaluate steel, concrete, masonry, and wood-framed structures.
• Prepare structural calculations, technical reports, and construction documents.
• Review existing structures and determine their capacity for proposed modifications.
• Conduct field investigations and site visits throughout California.
• Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, architects, and project managers.
• Apply current building codes and industry standards, including

CBC, IBC, ASCE

7, AISC, ACI, TIA-222, and NDS.

• Participate in project planning, problem-solving, and quality control reviews. Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• EIT certification or California PE license.
• 3-8 years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
• Strong understanding of

CBC, IBC, ASCE

7, AISC, ACI, and related design standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team. Preferred
• California PE license.
• Experience in telecommunications, utility, industrial, or existing-building projects.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software and AutoCAD.
