About the Role We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Leader to join a growing team in Los Angeles. This is a senior, client-facing position combining technical leadership, project delivery, business development, and team mentorship . You will lead projects and client relationships while helping develop new business and supporting the growth of the structural engineering team. Responsibilities Lead structural and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget. Build and manage strong relationships with clients, design teams, and other project stakeholders. Prepare proposals, scopes, and fee estimates while identifying opportunities for new and repeat business. Provide technical leadership, quality reviews, and mentorship to the wider engineering team. Support the team's growth strategy, market presence, and business development efforts. Represent the firm at client meetings and relevant industry events. Qualifications 10+ years of structural engineering experience , including project and/or team leadership. Master's degree in Structural, Civil, or a related engineering discipline. PE and/or SE license . Strong track record of managing projects and client relationships. Confident communicator with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work with senior stakeholders. Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and winning new work .
