Type:
full-time Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer with DSA experience to support with the coordination and administration of commercial construction projects. The Project Engineer will assist with RFIs, submittals, document control, scheduling, and communication with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination. Manage RFIs, submittals, transmittals, drawings, and project documentation. Review plans and specifications and assist with identifying potential conflicts. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors. Track project schedules, procurement, material deliveries, and outstanding items. Assist with change orders, project closeout, and quality documentation. Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes and records. Help ensure projects comply with contract documents, specifications, and applicable requirements.
Requirements:
2+ years of commercial construction project engineering or coordination experience.
Required:
DSA project experience. Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
