Our employees are known for their strong technical design skills and being well versed in all phases of land development. What You'll Do as a Sr.Engineer I/II:
Consider project constraints, perimeter conditions, project goals, agency standards, and engineering best practices in developing project designs. Assist with construction administration, including RFI's, submittals, and construction changes. Train and provide technical assistance to junior staff. Prepare technical reports and perform complex calculations related to hydrology, hydraulics, water quality, stormwater detention, and utility sizing. Perform complex grading design and earthwork calculations. Provide complex deliverables to TM or PM or externally, including full QAQC and checking for completeness.What We're Looking For:
Have a combination of a bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university. Minimum years of experience can range from 5 to 7 years depending on previous land development design experience. Minimum 2 years independently solving complex engineering problems within land development. Proficiency in AutoCAD, LDD, and/or Civil 3D software required. EIT Certification A motivated, curious problem-solver who works well independently and on a team.Perks & Benefits That Set Us Apart:
