You'll work alongside experienced engineers, drafters, project managers, and operations teams to deliver innovative, practical, and cost-effective structural solutions. What You'll Do Design steel structures, foundations, elevated platforms, stair systems, and related structural components. Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations in accordance with applicable codes and industry standards. Develop practical engineering solutions for industrial, municipal, commercial, and agricultural applications. Collaborate with drafting, project management, manufacturing, sales, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle. Review engineering drawings and technical documentation for quality, safety, and code compliance. Manage multiple projects while meeting schedules and design objectives. Provide technical support during fabrication, construction, and installation phases. Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, designs, and overall project efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license. 5+ years of experience designing steel structures and related systems. Strong understanding of structural steel and concrete design principles. Experience performing structural analysis and engineering calculations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with industrial facilities, heavy structures, storage systems, tanks, silos, or similar infrastructure projects. Familiarity with structural design software such as STAAD, InterCalc, or similar tools. Experience with finite element analysis (FEA).
