Pro-Craft Construction, Inc. has an opportunity for a Construction Project Engineer to join our team. Pro-Craft is a fast-growing public works plumbing, pipeline, and utility contractor in Southern California. We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual that has strong organizational skills and detail oriented. As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for but not limited to: Coordinate the collection & dissemination of project documentation between internal and external customers, contractors, subcontractors, and providers. Review and monitor project progress to assure continuing quality and adherence to requirements /specifications of contract documents, including visual inspection of project materials and equipment. Monitor, track, and trend (in support of Project Manager) project costs to achieve an "in budget" result. Specifications, submittals, RFIs, project plans, as-built documents, close-out documents review, compilation, tracking, collaboration, and filing. Assist in the preparation, management, or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, permits, and designs. Resolves technical issues with general contractor, project architect or civil engineer under the direction of the project management team. -. Includes contract preparation, all related construction documentation, inclusive of plans, specifications, submittals, RFI's, etc.
