Full Job Description Project Management Support:
You're responsible for managing project documentation, including RFIs, Submittals, Insurance, Subcontracts, Permits and more. It may be necessary to sporadically supervise job sites, stand inspections and take the lead at weekly meetings.
Estimating Support:
Assist with generating bid invitation list, draft invitation to bid, distribute to subcontractors, follow up to ensure participation, assist with job walks, manage Procore site, collect and organize bids and more. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to estimate and run small jobs in the immediate-term.
Safety Management:
Periodically inspect project sites for safety, review and verify Superintendent safety checklists and logs; report to and assist Safety Director as needed.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 year of experience directly supporting either Project Management, Field Management or Estimating department in the construction industry Local experience preferred (SF Bay Area), but not required Experience working on job sites preferred, but not required Procore experience a plus Please submit the following information: Resume Project Experience This position is a great opportunity to develop your career in Project Management We offer a comprehensive salary and benefit package plus performance-based bonuses.
