This opportunity can accommodate candidates at different experience levels, from early-career engineers looking to build their technical skills to experienced engineers capable of taking ownership of design assignments. The role will support residential and commercial land development projects with exposure to grading, drainage, utilities, and site infrastructure design. Key Responsibilities Prepare and support civil engineering plans for land development projects Assist with grading, street, storm drain, sewer, and utility design Perform hydrology and hydraulic calculations and related technical analysis Produce and revise plans using AutoCAD/Civil 3D or similar CADD software Coordinate design work with project engineers, drafters, and other team members Review plans and calculations for accuracy and quality Support project schedules, deliverables, and agency submittals Take on increasing project responsibility based on experience level Requirements B.S. in Civil Engineering Land development experience preferred; strong entry-level candidates will also be considered Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or related civil design software Understanding of grading, drainage, utilities, or site development principles EIT preferred, particularly for candidates pursuing professional licensure Strong attention to detail and communication skills Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) PTO and holdiays Tuition assistance and professional development support
