What You'll Do Engineering & Design:

Lead design efforts for: Grading and drainage systems Utility design and horizontal control Commercial site development and roadway improvements Perform engineering analyses, including: Earthwork calculations Stormwater flow and treatment design Sewer capacity analysis Implement Low Impact Development (LID) strategies into project designs Project Management & Leadership Manage multiple projects, ensuring schedules and deliverables are met Oversee and mentor junior engineers, designers, and drafters Coordinate directly with clients and stakeholders Prepare proposals and manage project budgets and resources Documentation & Compliance Prepare construction documents and technical specifications

Develop:

Erosion Control Plans SWPPPs (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans) WQMPs (Water Quality Management Plans)

What You Bring:
