6+ Months with Strong Chance for Extension Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Battery Pack Structural CAE Engineer to support the development and validation of EV battery systems. This role focuses on structural dynamics, durability, and vibration analysis of battery packs using advanced finite element analysis (FEA) tools. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive CAE, battery structures, and dynamic simulation. What You'll Do Perform structural CAE and FEA analysis on EV battery packs. Run modal, random vibration, shock, and durability simulations. Develop Pack-in-Fixture (PIF) vibration test profiles. Build and mesh FEA models. Analyze results and recommend design improvements. Work with design engineers and suppliers to support product development. Prepare engineering reports. Education Requirement BS + 7 years of experience, or MS + 2 years, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Required Experience Structural
