This is a field-focused project management role working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, vendors, and project stakeholders to keep work moving from preconstruction through closeout. This is a strong opportunity for someone with mechanical, piping, industrial, pharmaceutical, biotech, or advanced manufacturing project experience who wants to continue developing toward an Assistant PM / PM role. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day execution of process piping and mechanical construction projects Manage RFIs, submittals, project logs, drawings, specifications, and documentation Coordinate material and equipment procurement, tracking, and deliveries Work closely with field teams to resolve constructability and installation issues Assist with change orders, cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting Coordinate vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders Support project schedules and monitor key milestones and deliverables Review plans, specifications, P&IDs, and related project documentation Participate in jobsite meetings and communicate updates between project management and field teams Support commissioning, turnover, punch list, and project closeout Requirements 2+ years of Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Project Coordinator, or related construction experience Mechanical, process piping, plumbing, industrial, or specialty contractor experience preferred Experience with process piping, pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or complex mechanical projects is a plus Working knowledge of RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and construction documentation Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and piping/mechanical documentation Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or related field preferred Comfortable working primarily from active project/jobsite locations Compensation & Benefits Employee ownership opportunity through an ESOP Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
