This individual will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to help drive project execution from kickoff through manufacturing and final delivery. The ideal candidate has strong coordination skills, experience working in fast-paced construction or manufacturing environments, and the ability to serve as a technical liaison between engineering, supply chain, production, and project stakeholders. Responsibilities Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution and administration Maintain project documentation, logs, schedules, budgets, and tracking tools throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate communication between internal engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, subcontractors, and customers Assist with meeting coordination, action item tracking, and follow-up communication Support submittal processes including preparation, tracking, approvals, and distribution Prepare and maintain RFIs, submittal registers, change orders, risk registers, and project reporting documentation Track material deliveries and support coordination of production readiness and schedule impacts Assist with permitting and licensing documentation as required Review and interpret engineering drawings, models, and technical documentation Support project controls, billing documentation, and schedule updates from kickoff through shipment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience supporting modular data centers, power modules, electrical infrastructure, or mission critical projects preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Project Experience with Bluebeam Revu preferred Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and models Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs), mechanical/electrical systems, and modular construction methods preferred Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is a plus Familiarity with engineering submittal processes and construction documentation Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing or construction environment US Citizenship required Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Work Environment & Expectations Office-based role with occasional travel to project sites or manufacturing facilities Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail Regular use of computers, office equipment, and project management software required Commitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork is essential
