Student Structural BIM Technician Intern (Denver, Loveland, & Sioux Falls)

Responsibilities may include:
Assist in developing and maintaining structural BIM models using software such as Revit under the guidance of senior staff Support the preparation of structural drawings, details, and model-based documentation for various project phases Coordinate with structural engineers and BIM technicians to incorporate design changes and redlines into models Perform basic model checks to help identify clashes, inconsistencies, or missing information Organize and manage BIM files in accordance with company standards and project requirements Extract quantities, schedules, and basic model data as needed to support engineering tasks Participate in coordination meetings and gain exposure to multidisciplinary workflows (structural, architectural, MEP) Follow established BIM standards, templates, and best practices while learning industry workflows Qualifications Currently pursuing an associate's degree in drafting, architectural/structural engineering technology, or a related field Interest in structural design and BIM workflowsPreferred Qualifications:
Coursework or experience related to structural drafting or BIM Proficiency or working knowledge of Autodesk Revit; AutoCAD experience a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentAdditional Information Compensation:
