Rental Equipment Tracking Note:
Not all the Software listed above will need to be installed or utilized by all Project Engineers. However, an understanding of the programs will be needed to support the project team. Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs ) : Project Engineer is an evolving role within the organization. We will continue to define and refine the key impacts the role has on a project and the organization. This section will list specific metrics/goals to be met but will not negate any individual goals set during employee review meetings.

Reporting Structure:
Project Engineers at WSR will report to their primary supervisor, the Superintendent/Foreman, for day-to-day responsibilities and progress updates on the construction project they are assigned. Additionally, Project engineers will report to a secondary supervisor, the project manager, weekly to provide updates on the project's overall progress and receive feedback and direction. Project Engineers fall under a Project-Based Reporting structure where direct and secondary reports may change based on assigned projects (Detail Attached). What We Offer
