- Lead structural engineering projects from concept to construction.
- Develop structural designs, calculations, and detailed construction documents.
- Effectively manage design schedules and meet project deadlines.
- Provide exceptional construction coordination by providing immediate responses and producing effective solutions throughout construction.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants through responsive communication and collaboration.
- Conduct site visits, evaluations, and structural assessments.
- Perform internal quality control reviews for company projects.
- Produce high quality work while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software including RISA and
ENERCALC.
- Proficiency in Revit required.
- Expert knowledge of applicable building codes and standards.
- Strong technical, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects and collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering (or structural emphasis)
- PE License required or ability to obtain Colorado licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
- 2+ years working in a structural engineering environment required.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:
