Job Description Reporting to a Project Manager, the Project Engineer will play a critical role in supporting project execution from preconstruction through completion. The Successful Applicant For the Project Engineer we are seeking: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline Approximately 2+ years of construction experience in a supervisory, field, or project engineering capacity Experience supporting commercial, healthcare, education, municipal, industrial, manufacturing, or similar construction projects Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with Primavera P6 or comparable scheduling software Experience with Prolog Manager or similar construction management platforms preferred Strong communication and organizational skills A proactive, professional, and coachable approach Desire to build a long-term career within a growing construction organization Ability to work effectively across both field and office environments What's on Offer Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Comprehensive benefits package Exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects Structured career progression toward Assistant Project Manager and beyond Professional development, training, and mentorship opportunities Collaborative, team-oriented culture with long-term career stability
