Project Engineer:

Act as the primary technical point of contact between customers, toolmakers, and internal production teams. Oversee the full tooling lifecycle, including design review, material selection, and final delivery. Provide expert guidance to customers to optimize part design for efficient, high-quality molding. Ensure all tooling is production-ready and partner with the floor to troubleshoot process-related issues. Communicate timelines, milestones, and program updates clearly to ensure seamless project delivery. Collaborate with quality, automation, and tool room teams to maintain high manufacturing standards. Project Engineer:

5+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing, specifically within injection molding. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience (associate's degree or non-degreed) is highly valued. Strong background in plastic part design and mold construction/functionality. Practical experience working with injection molding presses and troubleshooting in a live production environment.
