Konover Commercial Corporation is seeking an experienced, working Building Engineer to direct maintenance staff and oversee physical plant operations for a multi-property commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Supervise Staff:

Direct, schedule, and inspect daily tasks of maintenance staff.

System Operations:

Hands-on operation and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC, boilers, chillers, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and BAS.

Vendor & PM Management:

Oversee preventive maintenance programs, manage vendor bids, and inspect contracted work.

Facility Inspections:

Perform routine site walkthroughs, track parts inventory, and maintain logbooks.

Emergency Response:

Provide on-call emergency response coverage across assigned properties. Qualifications Proven commercial building engineering and maintenance experience. Prior supervisory experience leading maintenance staff. Working knowledge of commercial mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment. Trade license preferred (D-2, S-2, E-2, etc.) but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between local sites.

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
