Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to exciting infrastructure projects. In this role, you will support project planning, design, and management activities while gaining valuable hands-on experience in civil engineering disciplines. Responsibilities Assist in project scheduling, planning, and coordination to ensure timely delivery of engineering projects Support the preparation of technical engineering reports and documentation for various projects Contribute to design development using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and Land Surveying tools Participate in construction management activities including site inspections and construction inspection tasks Utilize hydrological modeling tools like SWMM and Hydrologic analysis tools for stormwater systems and hydrologic analysis Aid in permitting phase involvement by preparing necessary documentation and supporting permit applications Collaborate with team members on schematics, system design, and civil infrastructure projects involving pipelines, stormwater management, and water/wastewater treatment systems Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution Prior internship or work experience in civil engineering or construction management is preferred but not required Familiarity with project management principles and managing projects in an engineering role is a plus Technical proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D), GIS platforms (ArcGIS), Hydrologic modeling (HEC, SWMM), and other civil engineering tools (Mathcad, HEC) Knowledge of construction inspection procedures, geotechnical engineering concepts, land surveying techniques, and system design principles Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and reports effectively This is a full-time position with benefits.
