This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, supporting tenants, coordinating vendors, and ensuring the properties operate safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, elevator, roofing, and other building systems. Diagnose and perform repairs; coordinate vendors and contractors as needed. Support and mentor facilities staff, including an on-site technician. Respond promptly to tenant and management requests. Assist with capital improvement projects and work closely with senior leadership. Maintain service records, vendor contracts, maintenance logs, and utility reporting. Coordinate emergency response procedures and seasonal services, including snow removal. Utilize Rent Manager and Excel for maintenance tracking and reporting. Qualifications HVAC Certification required . Minimum 5 years of commercial facilities or building engineering experience. Experience with HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
