Job Description Assist in planning and managing on-site construction activities. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion. Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules. Support the implementation of project plans and resolve on-site issues as they arise. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and regulations. Provide technical support to the construction team as needed. Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in a busy, varied environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with construction management software or tools. Willingness to travel to various project sites as required. Relevant educational background in construction management or a related field.
