Full-Time Overview We are a growing construction company seeking a Project Engineer to support our Project Management team on residential and multifamily projects across the Miami area. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on field experience who are ready to take the next step in their construction career.

Responsibilities Support Project Managers with:

RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants Tracking schedules, change orders, and cost logs Participate in site visits and field coordination Maintain organized project files and reporting Assist with closeout documentation Qualifications 1-5 years of construction experience (field or office) Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management background preferred Experience with residential or multifamily projects is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms is a plus Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset What We Offer Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding construction company Exposure to a variety of residential and multifamily projects Mentorship from senior Project Managers Competitive compensation based on experience Long-term career advancement potential Work Location Miami, FL Office and field-based role
