Job Description
As an Architectural Metal Engineer at Fine Fabrications, you will play a key role in the design, fabrication, and installation of custom metal structures for architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, designers, and fabricators to bring creative visions to life while ensuring structural integrity, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Requirements
- Proven experience in architectural metalwork design and engineering
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and materials
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to metal structures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities:
- Designing and engineering custom metal structures such as Staircases, canopies, railings, and other architectural elements
- Collaborating with architects and designers to develop concepts and translate them into detailed engineering drawings
- Conducting structural analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet safety standards and building codes
- Overseeing fabrication and installation processes to ensure quality and precision
