Job Description Job Description CAP Government, Inc. is seeking the immediate hire of an experienced and licensed Civil Engineer (Florida P.E. license is required). Our attention to detail and the quality of service we provide to clients, separates us from other firms. The candidate must possess the technical ability to independently work through a project from schematic design through the construction phase with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate will have experience in paving, grading and drainage and will demonstrate some working knowledge in StormCAD, ICPR, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and GIS. Candidates will be required to prepare engineering calculations and oversight of construction documents. As well as, communicate effectively with persons inside and outside the company. Provide clear information to others by telephone, written documents, and email and in person. Perform construction administration functions including the review of shop drawings and interpretation of construction documents.
