Position Overview Company is seeking a Structural Engineer, PE , to lead our Southwest Florida (SWFL) office for the specific goal of growing our presence from the ground up and being in responsible charge for projects in the region. This role will focus on closing leads, executing projects as Engineer of Record (EOR) , capturing new business and market share, and building strong relationships with potential clients (HOAs/condos, commercial building owners, property management companies, hotel owners, operators, and managers, contractors, architects and other engineering disciplines to name a few).

Annual salary based on experience and qualifications - to be negotiated; starting minimum $85,000 base salaryBenefits:

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering(or similar Architectural/Engineering degree).Required:
Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license with minimum 2 years post licensure experience acting as Engineer of Record (EOR).Required:
Knowledge of the restoration/renovation of existing building structures including concrete restoration and waterproofing exterior building components and envelopes and/or construction of new building structures.Preferred:
Experience in B2B sales or business development in engineering or construction industry.Required:
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals, specifically property owners and managers, board members, contractors, architects and engineers of other disciplines.Required:
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written); must be responsive, professional, and ensure customers always feel prioritized.Preferred:
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence during negotiation and decision-making.
