What You'll Do As a Structural Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing safe, efficient, and innovative structural systems.

Responsibilities include:

Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations Design structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects Prepare construction documents, drawings, and CAD models Review plans, specifications, and project requirements Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and project managers Respond to RFIs and provide construction phase engineering support Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and engineering standards Participate in client meetings and project coordination Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering EIT or PE license (or actively working toward licensure) Experience performing structural analysis and design Strong understanding of structural engineering principles Experience using CAD and structural design software Knowledge of applicable building codes and industry standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Consulting engineering experience is a plus Construction knowledge is highly desirable You'll Stand Out If You Have Experience With Commercial buildings Industrial facilities Municipal projects Steel, concrete, masonry, and wood design Structural rehabilitation and renovations Construction administration Multidisciplinary engineering teams Why Engineers Choose This Company This isn't an environment where engineers simply produce drawings.
