What You'll Do Lead bridge and transportation structure projects from planning through final delivery. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Perform and review structural calculations, plans, and specifications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff. Coordinate with clients, project teams, and external partners. Support proposals, client relationships, and business development efforts. Deliver high-quality infrastructure projects throughout the Greater Chicago region. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 3-5+ years of bridge design and structural engineering experience. Proven project management experience. Experience with transportation infrastructure projects. Knowledge of AASHTO and state DOT design standards. Proficiency with MicroStation and structural design software. Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
