Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager - Site Development Engineer to join our Orlando, FL office. This role is ideal for a motivated civil engineer with strong site development experience and a background in residential projects, infrastructure design, and client management. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and leading civil engineering efforts from concept through construction. Responsibilities Manage one or multiple civil site development projects for various clients Prepare project proposals and develop project fees Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams throughout all phases of development Monitor project scope, schedules, and budgets Design and oversee water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure projects Develop scopes of work and manage engineering deliverables Conduct client visits, site visits, and attend project meetings as needed Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and support business development initiatives Supervise engineers and technical staff as needed Track project progress and financial performance using accounting/project management software Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering design for public and private projects Experience producing residential development plans and working with residential clients Strong project management experience including scopes, schedules, and budgets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with AutoCAD; Civil 3D preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Understanding of business financial information and project profitability Preferred Business development experience Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams Strong client relationship management skills What We Offer Competitive compensation package Opportunity to work on diverse and impactful development projects Collaborative and team-oriented environment Career advancement and leadership opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Apply Today If you are a Civil Engineer with strong site development and project management experience looking to join a growing and respected engineering consulting firm, we encourage you to apply today. #
