Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE) Pace, FL | $90,000 - $130,000 | Full Benefits Package A legacy firm with a century of excellence is growing and hiring NOW. What You Will Do Lead multiple civil engineering projects from concept through completion Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and client relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies Lead H&H analyses, stormwater design, and technical oversight across drainage, water, wastewater, and transportation projects Review plans, specs, calculations, reports, and permit applications Support proposals and client development efforts What We Need Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering PE license in Florida or Alabama, or the ability to obtain licensure 7+ years of civil engineering experience Proven track record managing projects, budgets, and client relationships Strong background in municipal infrastructure, stormwater, drainage, hydrology, and hydraulics AutoCAD Civil 3D and ICPR or other hydraulic modeling software experience preferred What You Get Competitive salary of $90,000 to $130,000 based on experience A leadership role with real technical involvement High-impact projects that shape communities across the Southeast A team that invests in your growth and cares about your career Strong opportunities for advancement as the firm continues to grow This is not just another project management title.
