As a Project Engineer at Samet Corporation you will support the Project Manager and project team by: Obtaining construction related permits from local agencies Assisting in subcontractor solicitation and contracting Ensuring proper notices are filed and posted Updating a variety of project logs, status reports and communication Other duties as needed to support the project team The successful candidate will have: A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field of study Experience working with a general contractor either in a full-time role or through an internship Good verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office The Company Samet Corporation is a leader in construction and real estate development services in the Triad area of North Carolina, and has been in business since 1961.
