Job Description

Our client, a well‑established organization, is seeking a Project Engineer to support project execution and growth efforts. This role offers hands‑on learning alongside experienced project managers, providing exposure to all phases of project planning and coordination. With a wide range of responsibilities - from site visits and client interaction to subcontractor coordination and internal planning - no two days are the same. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to accelerate their development while seeing the real‑world impact of their work as projects move from concept to completion.
Work Model:
On-Site What You Will Do:
Contribute to sales and business development activities by assisting with design input, material selection, estimating, and preparation of proposals, scope letters, and contracts Take part in business unit planning sessions, performance reviews, and strategic discussions to support team objectives Support day‑to‑day project coordination and administrative tasks, including reviewing scope, tracking budgets, applying value engineering concepts, monitoring quality, sequencing work, and managing procurement and change orders Assist with sourcing subcontractors and tracking their installation quality and schedule adherence What You Will Need to
Be Successful:
Four-year degree in engineering or construction management 0-1 years of experience, including internships Ability to assist with estimating and inspecting work to verify compliance with plans and specifications Drive to develop strong knowledge of company operations, trade best practices, work standards, job cost history, contract status, and job overview reporting Growing skills in customer relationship management, billing coordination with accounting, and ensuring high‑quality project execution
