of our work Our field internship gives you the opportunity to gain hands on experience on the jobsite, where you'll learn what it takes to bring a project from plans to reality. As a Field Intern, you'll work alongside experienced construction craftspeople and get hands-on experience with a variety of construction activities — from demolition to concrete, carpentry and steel erection. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to explore different areas of construction while building valuable skills and industry connections. What You'll Do Gain hands-on experience working on active construction jobsites
Assist with a variety of construction activities, which may include demolition, concrete, carpentry, and steel erection
Work alongside Project Managers, Superintendents and trade partners
Learn jobsite safety, construction processes and best practices
Gain a better understanding of how construction projects come together from start to finish
Take on new challenges and learn from experienced members of the team Who We're Looking For College freshmen, sophomores, or juniors pursuing a degree in the trades, construction management, engineering, or a related field
Someone who is eager to learn and willing to get hands-on
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable and able to work as part of a team
