We are currently looking for a team focused and dedicated Entry Level Structural Engineer in one of our Pacific Northwest offices (Corvallis, OR, Boise, ID, Bellevue, WA). As a member of our team, you will actively be working with our network of structural engineers responsible for conventional design and design/build projects for water and wastewater clients. You will perform progressively complex structural calculations and analyses as design develop, while working with designers to communicate requirements through drawings and models. You will build a strong foundation in structural engineering fundamentals, including the analysis and design of vertical and lateral systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards, and understand how structural design integrates with other disciplines. Responsibilities include analysis, design, technical writing, construction drawing markup/detailing, and specification development. Under the supervision of experienced engineers, you will also evaluate structures and prepare plans, calculations, and cost estimates for a range of projects. Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering
Engineer in Training ( EIT ) or Engineering Intern (EI) licensure and desire to be on track to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) and Structural Engineer (SE) licensure
Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
Strong communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams)
