Job Description

Senior Geotechnical EngineerBoise, IdahoRole OverviewA nationally recognized geotechnical and environmental consulting organization is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join its Boise, Idaho office. This role is designed for an experienced engineer with a strong technical foundation who is ready to take on leadership responsibility while remaining hands‑on technically.

The position offers the opportunity to help grow and support a regional team while contributing to complex geotechnical projects across infrastructure, commercial development, and public-sector work. The successful candidate will serve as both a technical resource and a mentor, working closely with junior engineers and collaborating with senior leadership on project delivery and office development.
