What You'll DoLead Projects:

Oversee geotechnical projects across residential, roadway, heavy civil, industrial, and commercial sectors.

Client Engagement:

Define scope, communicate progress, and ensure client satisfaction.

Field & Lab Work:

Conduct and supervise subsurface investigations and lab testing.

Proposals & Reports:

Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and author comprehensive geotechnical reports.

Team Leadership:

Mentor engineers, technicians, and lab staff to foster collaboration.

Strategic Planning:

Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules; select equipment and resources.

Quality Assurance:

Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards.

What We're Looking ForEducation:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; Master's in Geotechnical preferred.

Licenses:

PE in Illinois (additional states a plus).

Experience:

5+ years in geotechnical engineering with proven leadership experience.

Skills:

Strong communication, exceptional report writing, and a growth-oriented mindset.
