What You'll DoLead Projects:
Oversee geotechnical projects across residential, roadway, heavy civil, industrial, and commercial sectors.Client Engagement:
Define scope, communicate progress, and ensure client satisfaction.Field & Lab Work:
Conduct and supervise subsurface investigations and lab testing.Proposals & Reports:
Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and author comprehensive geotechnical reports.Team Leadership:
Mentor engineers, technicians, and lab staff to foster collaboration.Strategic Planning:
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules; select equipment and resources.Quality Assurance:
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards.What We're Looking ForEducation:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; Master's in Geotechnical preferred.Licenses:
PE in Illinois (additional states a plus).Experience:
5+ years in geotechnical engineering with proven leadership experience.Skills:
