This position works closely with Senior Project Managers, field teams, and administrative staff to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to develop within a fast-paced construction environment, with opportunities for growth into expanded project management capabilities. Responsibilities Project Support and Coordination Assist Senior Project Managers in managing assigned projects and providing project support Coordinate with field personnel, Project Coordinators, and Operations to ensure alignment on project scope and progress. Maintain accurate and organized documentation Change Order Management Assist in managing and tracking project change orders, including time and material and lump sum change orders. Maintain an up-to-date change order log, ensuring clear visibility into status, pricing, approvals, and overall project impact. Coordinate with field personnel, Operations, and project teams to define and document scope changes. Perform quantity take-offs and assist in developing pricing proposals for change orders. Track labor, equipment, and material costs associated with scope changes. Maintain supporting documentation including daily reports, photos, correspondence, and approvals. Ensure all change orders are properly documented, communicated, and aligned with contract requirements. Support distribution of finalized change order documentation to the project team. Scheduling & Project Controls Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules Support project cost tracking and cash flow forecasting Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the project team Systems & Documentation Maintain project records and updates within Procore or similar project management software Review technical submittals, shop drawings, and product data as required Assist with QA/QC processes and project closeout documentation Quantity Take-Offs & Estimating Support Perform quantity take-offs as needed to support bidding efforts and change order development Field Engagement Participate in site visits to support project coordination, verify field conditions, and assist with change order validation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of construction experience (internships or field experience considered). Proficiency in quantity take-offs, estimating and construction document review. Experience with Procore or similar project management software preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction scheduling software (Powerproject preferred). Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
