RESPONSIBILITIES
- Applies project management skills across all phases: development, justification, design, construction, and start-up. Supports project documentation, data gathering, and coordination tasks under supervision
- Assists with cost estimates, schedules, and DSP preparation
- Participates in Management of Change ( MOC ), Process Safety Information ( PSI ), and mechanical integrity documentation reviews and learns requirements
- Coordinates with external engineering consultants and designers to complete projects and studies cost-effectively
- Develops scope, cost estimates, and schedules for capital and expense projects; prepares Decision Support Packages (DSPs) and presents to leadership
- Collaborates with stakeholders including Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround teams to support planning and execution
- Observes HAZOP reviews and incident investigations
- Learns engineering codes and specifications; ensures designs meet safety, environmental, and permitting standards
- Promotes safety awareness and takes corrective action when unsafe practices or conditions are observed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required. Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering degree preferred
- Zero (0) years or more of industry experience required.
