Structural Engineer - P.E./S.

$110,000 - $170,000 (Based on Experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Sr. Structural Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and delivery of building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant structural solutions across steel, concrete, and precast systems, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers while managing project budgets and schedules.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead structural engineering design and analysis for commercial, residential, and industrial projects, including steel, concrete, precast, and foundation systems.

Perform detailed load calculations, structural analysis, and foundation investigations to develop safe, efficient designs that meet client requirements and applicable building codes.

Produce and review structural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit; ensure accuracy and constructability.

Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules; provide cost-effective design recommendations and value engineering solutions.

Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve design issues, review submittals, and support construction phases.

Provide technical mentorship and oversight to junior engineers and drafters; conduct design reviews and quality assurance checks.

Qualifications3+ years of structural engineering experience with demonstrated leadership on building projects involving steel, concrete, and precast elements.

Must Have Professional Engineer License or Structural LicenseProficient in structural analysis and design, with hands-on experience performing load calculations and foundation analysis.

Strong experience with AutoCAD and Revit for producing and reviewing structural drawings and BIM coordination.

Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client communications; ability to provide value engineering recommendations.
