Roles and responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to: Provide construction management, inspection, field engineering and coordination services Create accurate reports using data and quantities gathered in the field Ensure compliance by reviewing drawings, specifications and contract requirements Identify any deficiencies and communicate with the contractor / owner for a resolution Coordinate and communicate effectively between contractors, engineering firms and the owner Assist with utility coordination services
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience and/or education
Valid Driver's License Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Strong communication and critical thinking skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to prioritize and complete ongoing and daily assignments
Pay:
$25.00 - $60.00 per hour
