Full-Time About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an accomplished Chief Engineer - Geotechnical to lead geotechnical engineering operations and set the technical vision for complex infrastructure and ground engineering projects across the region. This senior leadership role requires deep expertise in geotechnical design and analysis, strategic leadership, and proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and oversight across all geotechnical engineering projects. Develop and implement geotechnical strategies aligned with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in ground engineering. Mentor and manage geotechnical teams, fostering innovation and collaboration. Oversee resource allocation, budgets, and timelines for geotechnical initiatives. Drive adoption of advanced geotechnical technologies and best practices to optimize performance. Requirements Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory. 15+ years of geotechnical engineering experience , including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering. Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation design, slope stability, and ground improvement techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Preferred Experience Proven track record of delivering complex geotechnical projects on time and within budget.
