Civil Engineer / Site Development Engineer Kansas City Area | $100,000 - $140,000 + Performance Bonus Full Benefits Package | Medical, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability & Long-Term Disability Join a well-established consulting engineering firm seeking a Civil Engineer, Project Engineer, or Site Development Professional to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare civil site development plans and construction documents
- Design grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, and roadway improvements
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting
- Coordinate with municipalities, clients, and internal project teams
- Assist with permitting, entitlement, and development approval processes
- Support projects from concept through construction
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of civil engineering or site development experience
- Experience with land development, grading, drainage, utilities, or roadway design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field
