This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Who we want… (Requirements)- Pursing Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is preferred.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utility coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); exposure to Bluebeam or stormwater modeling software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Capable of independent research with guidance by senior team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

- Must comply with safety requirements, including wearing appropriate PPE (hardhat, safety glasses, ear protection, and work boots) during site visits. Qualifications What we expect… (Essential Functions)
- Assist in the development of civil design drawings and specifications, including site plans, grading, and utility layouts.
- Support the compilation and analysis of site data, such as topography, access, utilities, and zoning regulations.
- Help prepare basic calculations for earthwork, drainage, and utility quantities under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in the preparation of field reports, submittals, and RFIs, maintaining logs and documentation.
- Use Civil3D software to create 2D and 3D models of infrastructure components, with support from senior designers.
- Assist in site visits and field observations to collect data and verify design accuracy.
- Assist in reviewing civil codes and standards for compliance and prepare documentation for internal and external review.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to support design coordination and project execution.
