Required We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to support engineering, design, project execution, and client-facing activities for industrial projects. Key Responsibilities Perform structural engineering analysis, calculations, design, and documentation. Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports. Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Perform structural analysis, including finite element analysis for complex structures. Provide field inspection and construction administration support. Lead and mentor engineers/designers and coordinate with project teams. Work directly with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Support technical proposals and business development activities. Must-Have Qualifications 7-10+ years of Civil/Structural Engineering experience. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Strong experience with RISA, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Plant 3D, and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, codes, standards, and best practices. Experience working directly with clients and managing client relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English and professional/presentable client-facing communication skills. Industrial experience in areas such as Oil & Gas, Refining, Chemical, Manufacturing, or similar environments is highly preferred. Ability to lead design teams and work effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants. Additional Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States. Ability to pass applicable background and pre-employment screening. Local candidates preferred; non-local candidates will also be considered if they are willing to relocate/travel as required and can effectively work directly with clients.
