Build your future with a well-established structural engineering firm in Billerica, MA, where you'll lead meaningful projects for residential, commercial, institutional, and renovation clients. In this Sr. Structural Project Engineer opportunity, you'll combine hands-on structural design with project leadership, working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal team members in a collaborative, no-corporate-bureaucracy culture. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr.
Structural Project Engineer position include:
5+ years of experience Current Massachusetts Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood design Experience designing buildings in accordance with applicable building codes and industry standards Lead structural projects from proposal through construction Prepare structural calculations, reports, specifications, and construction documents, including quality and code compliance review Conduct site visits, field investigations, and structural observations; coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and consultantsSalary:
$105k- 125k per year, commensurate with experience.
