We are now seeking a skilled Municipal Infrastructure Civil Project Engineer to oversee and manage the design and implementation of municipal infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic design and civil engineering, particularly within water and wastewater systems, and will be responsible for ensuring projects meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct hydraulic design and analysis for water and wastewater systems.

Utilize AutoCAD to develop and modify infrastructure project plans and designs.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of municipal construction projects, closely watching all QA/QC constraints.

Perform engineering calculations to support design and project decisions.

Monitor project progress, quality control, and compliance with regulations.

Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and regulatory agencies.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

Design and optimize water distribution and collection systems, including pump stations and treatment facilities.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in hydraulic design, engineering calculations and civil engineering/municipal infrastructure.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.

Strong knowledge of water and wastewater systems ( distribution, collection, treatment).Experience as a Project Engineer in municipal construction/engineering is a plus.

Familiarity with local and state codes, maintaining compliance and infrastructure regulations.

Excellent project management skills, including schedule and budget management.

Effective communication and reporting skills.
