$85,000+ annually Seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with a strong civil and structural engineering background to join an established engineering team. This position will focus on vertical building projects, including concrete foundations, framing, and structural design, with the opportunity for an experienced engineer to take the lead on projects and potentially grow into a department leadership role.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop structural systems for vertical building projects, including concrete foundations, framing, and related building structures.

Use Revit to prepare and review structural designs, drawings, and project documentation.

Independently manage structural engineering projects, coordinate with project teams, and take the lead on assignments with minimal supervision.

Support projects throughout the Hudson Valley and surrounding regions, with occasional travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of structural engineering experience, with a background in civil engineering and vertical building design; bridge-focused experience is not required.

Strong Revit design experience is required.

Ability to independently manage projects, make engineering decisions, and take ownership of assignments without extensive oversight.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, or an interest in pursuing licensure in the future; leadership potential is strongly desired.
