This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills while contributing to impactful civil engineering initiatives. As a Civil Engineer I, you will collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project success from conception through completion, supporting the development of sustainable and efficient infrastructure solutions. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to grow their expertise in civil engineering disciplines. Responsibilities Assist in preparing detailed project schedules, schematics, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and other CAD software tools. Support construction management activities by conducting site inspections, overseeing construction progress, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Contribute to the team in assisting in baseline surveys and assistance in baseline surveys. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution. Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles including hydraulics, land surveying, system design, and construction inspection techniques. Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam is highly desirable. Understanding of project scheduling methods and construction management practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed technical writing and drafting tasks accurately. Effective communication skills to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors or clients.
